Our refund policy apply

You have two options for registering your return:

• Log in to your account, select the order and start the return process
• Send us an e-mail with your information
• Fill out the form from the refund policy

Return by post

1. Pack your order securely, ideally using the original shipping packaging. Always use outer packaging. Product packaging is not suitable shipping packaging.

In order to be able to allocate your return, state your order number as a reference on the shipping label or place a note with the order number in the parcel.

3. Take the parcel to a shipping point of your chosen shipping service provider

4. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. The refund can take up to 10 working days, depending on the provider and bank
