The Washed Parainema from the 2024 harvest by Benjamin Paz. From the El Brujo farm based in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Our absolute favorite profile. It almost tastes like a Kenyan coffee with its big dark berries and grapefruit like acidity.

The flavour profile is one of our absolute favourites. Compared to the traditional Washed processed Pacas from the area this Parainema lot is more juicy with a much wilder, more expressive character to it.
