Coffee Expression: The flavours we find in this lot by Allan Oviedo are driven by the varietal, reminiscent of the Kenyan profile, with crisp red berries and a molasses sweetness.

Producer: Allan inherited control of the farm from his father Joel, naming the micro-mill in his memory. Allan initially delivered cherry to a local mill, working hard to afford his own micro-mill.
