Processed over 26 days using a clean natural method, this lot balances citrusy acidity with layered sweetness. Expect green grape, red apple, lemongrass, and brown sugar in the cup, with a floral lift and a smooth, medium body.

Harvested in November 2024 and dried on raised beds in the Cauca region of Colombia, this Gesha scored 87.3 with standout marks in sweetness, uniformity, and clean cup.
