Los Pirineos is one of our all time favourite farms. When Diego Baraona Junior took over every after the sad pass away of Diego Baraona Senior, he was able to earn a lot of respect early in his carrier as coffee producer! 

This coffee named “Elite” is a nod to the farm’s 90-year-old Bourbon trees and features a washed processing method, resulting in a balanced, rich flavor profile.
